Tip

What next with your pumpkin cubes? Roasting: Toss the cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary, then air-fry for a further 12–15 mins at 190 °C until crispy (crumble over feta in the last 3 mins!).Quick cream soup: Pop the pre-cooked cubes straight into a pan with vegetable stock, coconut milk and ginger, bring to the boil and blitz—saves at least 10 minutes of cooking time!Autumn bowl & salads: Sear or roast the cubes until golden, then heap them warm over a bed of rocket with walnuts and goat's cheese.

Want to make autumn cooking easier? Try pre-cooking your pumpkin in the air fryer—it takes just 10 minutes and transforms a whole pumpkin into perfectly soft, cube-ready flesh. From there, you can create a silky soup, toss the cubes into a vibrant autumn bowl, or roast them until crispy with feta. No faffing about with raw pumpkin anymore.
